The Chalet Hotel
The Chamois is a basic chalet-hotel without a star rating. It is in a very central location within the heart of the popular Portes du Soleil ski area - just 200 metres to the ski slopes and in the centre of resort.
The hotel offers a lower standard of accommodation but is comfortable and convenient for skiing, and has many bright and airy ensuite bedrooms with balconies and lovely mountain views.
Bedrooms are mainly ensuite with balconies, they are bright and clean. Bathrooms are dated but functional. The Hotel décor was refurbished a few years ago but is tired in places.
Rooms are cleaned daily, but only on request with hotel staff on arrival.
Hotel Bar & RestaurantThe Chamois offers a private bar and the restaurant serves a hearty breakfast with traditional and international dishes for evening service.
Hotel Location
Located just 200 metres from the slopes, the Chamois has a few shops and cafés situated on the doorstep but the main resort centre is 100 metres away.
The Chamois is privately run by Igoski staff, exclusively for our British ski clients - therefore guests can expect a goos level of service and attention.
