Our family of 8 had a fabulous holiday. A special mention to Andrew for looking after us at mealtimes and for all his brilliant route/activity suggestions, you are really lucky to have him as part of your team. A huge thank you for Bruno for keeping us hydrated! Also thanks to the chefs, dinner was delicious and Ea for coordinating our activities both before and during our holiday and to Dan keeping the hotel running smoothly. The hotel really did feel like home! We would love to come back!!!

Amazing holiday! The staff were fantastic – incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team who were full of amazing recommendations on things to do. The quality of the food was excellent. The activities were all great. Loved the friendly and cosy atmosphere of the chalet. I have already recommended Alpine Elements to a number of my friends!!
A great package. A really great mix of activities, group experiences and the opportunity to explore what Morzine has to offer as a family. The food was tasty, with generous portions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and overall we all had a fantastic time.
Food was amazing every night, so much better than anticipated – a real highlight. The waiting staff/service was quite slow at times though. Activities were great, as were the bikes – the bike guys were really great, helpful and patient. Chalet was great and very homely and felt very at home; the daily room ?freshen up was a bit lame, hardly smoothed out the bed sheets. All in all a great holiday, would hugely recommend
From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were met with friendly amazing staff. Our 2 chalets hosts, Archie and Thea are such a credit to your company. There was nothing too much bother, such a friendly and helpful staff. They worked tirelessly to ensure all our chalets guests were well catered for and had everything they needed.
We participated in all the activities which were fantastic especially the white water rafting! Having the multi pass included in our package was such a money saver too and we used it so much to access activities around Morzine.
This was our first type of holiday like this and it most certainly won’t be the last. Keep up the fab work!

I would highly recommend this hotel resort as we had a amazing time and we love that the bar is so cheap there which was a nice bonus and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the slopes and all the staff speak fluent English
Kaitlyn was a fabulous host helped by Zade on occasion who was also great! Kristi was also very good and very supportive of the chalet hosts which was good to see! Only thing I would suggest is transport to chalet after a day skiing as had to pay for storage in the town as didn t want to hike skis up hill to chalet every day in ski boots!
