We had a wonderful stay at Hotel L Hermine Blanche over Christmas and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the experience special, particularly for our son they truly made Christmas feel magical for him, which meant a great deal to us as a family…..The food was excellent throughout our stay, with the traditional Christmas dinner being a real highlight beautifully cooked, generous, and thoughtfully done. After long days on the slopes, we loved relaxing in the swimming pool every evening, which was a real bonus and something we all looked forward to…..The hotel s location was also very convenient. The bus stop right outside made it easy to get into town on days when our legs were tired from skiing, but when we did walk, the stroll across the bridge was pleasant and scenic…..Overall, a warm, welcoming hotel with fantastic staff, great food, and excellent facilities a perfect base for a family ski holiday in Morzine.

The chef at Hotel Philibert was amazing, the food at each meal was real high quality and high standards and lovely that he used to come out and chat and check we had enjoyed the food . Staff were brilliant we are already looking at booking again !!

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Our family of 14 were looked after so well. ..10/10 for the manager he was so helpful and always on hand to help us. ..Highly recommend

From our side the trip was excellent second year in panoramic for same week. This year the chalet hosts were simply outstanding – Florence and Ella were perfect and could not have done more for us! Loved my room. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. Incredible chalet hosts who made us welcome and looked after us with ever present smiles. They cooked excellent meals and lunch cakes while maintaining an impeccable chalet. Cannot wait to return for a third time.  I have stayed with Alpine Elements several times and the Panoramique has the best position in resort. This year the chalet hosts, Florence and Ella were the best ever, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Contact with the office was always professional but friendly and there is nothing that can be faulted.

We had a brilliant holiday staying at Chalet Alisier. Liam and Lauren were fantastic hosts incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always happy to accommodate our needs. The food they cooked was excellent throughout the week, and they went out of their way to prepare something completely different for our child whenever he didn t like the menu, which we really appreciated. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable, and we wouldn t hesitate to recommend the chalet. Was in a great location to access the ski lift 1800 or the bus route to the other areas of the resort…..
