Alpine Elements and iGO SKI is the UK’s largest independent operator of exclusive catered ski chalets and hotels. Properties run exclusively by us, for our clients. We’re not an ‘agent’ selling other people’s holidays, so everything we do is run by us, by a team of brilliant staff with mountain air in their blood.

Chalet Panoramique

From our side the trip was excellent second year in panoramic for same week. This year the chalet hosts were simply outstanding – Florence and Ella were perfect and could not have done more for us! Loved my room. The bedding and mattress were very comfortable. Incredible chalet hosts who made us welcome and looked after us with ever present smiles. They cooked excellent meals and lunch cakes while maintaining an impeccable chalet. Cannot wait to return for a third time.  I have stayed with Alpine Elements several times and the Panoramique has the best position in resort. This year the chalet hosts, Florence and Ella were the best ever, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly memorable. Contact with the office was always professional but friendly and there is nothing that can be faulted.

Chalet Alisier

We had a brilliant holiday staying at Chalet Alisier. Liam and Lauren were fantastic hosts incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always happy to accommodate our needs. The food they cooked was excellent throughout the week, and they went out of their way to prepare something completely different for our child whenever he didn t like the menu, which we really appreciated. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable, and we wouldn t hesitate to recommend the chalet. Was in a great location to access the ski lift 1800 or the bus route to the other areas of the resort…..

Fabulous holiday in La Plagne

Fabulous week in Chalet Laurier, La Plagne
Our group of 15 booked Chalet Laurier in La Plagne 1800 for a week from 25 January 2026. Our chalet hosts Ben and Jacob were first class and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they integrated with our group for our games evenings. Their catering was to a very high standard and we had no complaints. Wine was plentiful each evening also. Returning after a hard day’s skiing was made more enjoyable with the daily fresh cake, tea and coffee and then a trip to the hot tub.
The chalet was everything we hoped for. This was our first time using Alpine Elements but would not hesitate in booking with them again. 15 very happy customers.

Lovely place and incredible host

We had a lovely time in La Plagne with Alpine Elements. The Chalet was cozy and clean, the facilities were great. The real highlight was our host, Jasmine. She went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly and her cooking was incredible. It was a fantastic experience!

This is our fourth ski holiday with Alpine Elements and our second at Hotel Philibert. Dan and his team are excellent.. from our warm welcome to fabulous service all week. It definitely feels a home from home and could not recommend enough.
