This was our second holiday with alpine elements and as the first time, the whole experience was brilliant. The resort team and hosts are brilliant. The food was very high quality. The chalet was perfect. ….We just wish you had more locations outside of morzine. We would love to travel with you again.

Absolutely loved our week. Hotel was fantastic. Staff were 5 star. Food was amazing (only one kids meal with incinerated sausages that were inedible), even our 9 year old loved the adult menu, my only issue was that no one told us we had wine included until the Wednesday so we spent a fair amount in buying it before that. Loved all of the activities. However I Wish we d know that the ?white water rafting? was more of a low grade float trip and we wouldn?t have opted out of it. Hoping to come back in a few years when the kids are old enough to trust on the roads on the bikes.

Becks led a great team ( and is a great quiz host). Everybody so friendly & enthusiastic in the chalet. Bike guys really helpful. Really liked the group approach to the included activities – adults and kids got to make lots of friends ( we came 5 years ago and didn t do the activities as a chalet group). Only slight downside was having to wait an hour between starter and main a couple of evenings. Otherwise brilliant holiday I will definitely recommend. Love the sofas in the bar area- lots of space to socialise in the evenings.

Great holiday. Exceeded my expectations…Pool table being free a very good idea and got kids mixing/ broke the ice. Coffee machine available was also a great touch…Very impressed with staff especially as they were young…Being picky- evening meals abit to long wait between courses. Breakfast on non activity days would have been great til 10. ..Had a great holiday.

The staff went above and beyond especially for our children who have coeliac disease and after some of us were unwell. Particular thank you to Juliette, Toby and Sam who were incredibly flexible and accommodating of out dietary needs, and Bex who was super helpful with activities and making some amendments.

Fabulous family holiday, thank you. Great to chat before hand, and to have whatsapp contact. Enjoyed bikes, location, food and holiday culture. ….Minor suggestions for improvement- be clearer on whether paddle boarding session was part of our package. Provide drying facilities even if a washing line.

We have had the most wonderful holiday. The staff, hotel and activities have been fantastic. My son is already badgering to come again next year! ..It was lovely to have ongoing emails, phone calls and texts with updates and welcome messages from start to finish of our stay. ..Tom (15)and Lucy (9) and my husband have all thrived with all the activities provided and the pool at the hotel. I have come out of my comfort zone and much to my families amusement tried to join in with everything on offer!..The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful, showing interest in our day and offering helpful tips. Excellent food and bar service accommodating everyone. ..I have already told friends and family about the holiday recommending it highly, explaining how well organised it has been. ..Thank you for such a superb experience! ……A few very fixable improvements to the hotel for future guests? ..- the wardrobe doors need a latch putting on so they don t swing open..-the windows in the room needed to open..-there was a wasps nest next to the pool, staff were made aware (my daughter was stung) ..- a few leakages in heavy rain (this perhaps is unavoidable as it was very heavy!) .. ..

We had an amazing time! Everything about the holiday was great. Your staff were friendly, helpful, fun, knowledgeable! We will be back!!!

The whole week was absolutely fantastic and our chalet host Jo was brilliant providing great food and wonderful advice of where to go and what to do.
