A great package. A really great mix of activities, group experiences and the opportunity to explore what Morzine has to offer as a family. The food was tasty, with generous portions. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful and overall we all had a fantastic time.

Food was amazing every night, so much better than anticipated – a real highlight. The waiting staff/service was quite slow at times though. Activities were great, as were the bikes – the bike guys were really great, helpful and patient. Chalet was great and very homely and felt very at home; the daily room ?freshen up was a bit lame, hardly smoothed out the bed sheets. All in all a great holiday, would hugely recommend

I would highly recommend this hotel resort as we had a amazing time and we love that the bar is so cheap there which was a nice bonus and the hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the slopes and all the staff speak fluent English

Kaitlyn was a fabulous host helped by Zade on occasion who was also great! Kristi was also very good and very supportive of the chalet hosts which was good to see! Only thing I would suggest is transport to chalet after a day skiing as had to pay for storage in the town as didn t want to hike skis up hill to chalet every day in ski boots!

A special mention to Evie, Huxley and Lucy who were brilliant. They were super friendly, helpful and served up excellent cakes/meals – very hard to believe it was their first week!

Another brilliant holiday with alpine elements, my third this year with another booked in March. Brilliant value, great food, lovely hotel and excellent staff. General manager Dan created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where all the staff seemed very happy and were always pleased to accommodate the guests needs. We had a lovely holiday with a delicious Christmas dinner and would 100% recommend. Special thanks to danjo, Niamh, rob, Charlie, Scarlett, Stanley, Luna, jack, rob, fernando, foz, Emerick and all the staff behind the scenes we didn t meet.

Asked for dressing gowns got them on an indulgence package nice to have ….Asked for kettle in room which was also given. ..Room was very comfy and nicely appointed ..Staff friendly ..
