Our holiday in Tignes was the best we ve had for years and was exceeded expectations on every level. The hotel staff were all brilliant and went out their way to look after us all. The evening entertainment (quiz and music bingo) were great fun and a nice way to mix with other families. And the accommodation itself was perfect. Lovely, modern rooms, idyllic location and well equipped outdoor sport activities for the kids and a lovely mini spa for the adults. The whitewater rafting with Evolution 2 was an other highlight and our guide on the water was really excellent. The welcome hike was also top notch and the guide was really knowledgeable about the local area. It was a great way to get started and a super recommendation from the activities team. We wanted to pass on particular thanks to the chef and catering team. Our son has a nut allergy. We realise there was also another family with 4 nut allergy sufferers, however the chefs decision to have the catering be nut free for a week was genuinely a first in our life time for my son. It was the first time he s been able to relax and enjoy a hotel buffet breakfast and every single meal and afternoon tea was perfect! It really did make the holiday for us so much more relaxing than eating out ever has been so we wanted to extend a special thank you for that. Really incredible service! The meal choices were excellent – a really balanced mix of choices and we loved ordering our meals every morning at breakfast. All in, this was an incredible holiday which genuinely felt like a break for everyone, where we felt very well looked after by all your staff, from catering staff, activity staff to bike mechanic. We will be booking again!

This was the best holiday I ve been on in years…Special mentions to Bruno (bar manager) and Dan (hotel manager) at hotel Philibert who were really first class, though all of the staff deserve acknowledgement for their hard work and welcoming nature. The food was excellent and Ea really helpful. I am hoping to come again!!!

We had a great week. Hotel was great. Staff were so lovely and so helpful. All of them. Lovely other guests. Loved rafting and hire wire. All fantastic!

Our family of 8 had a fabulous holiday. A special mention to Andrew for looking after us at mealtimes and for all his brilliant route/activity suggestions, you are really lucky to have him as part of your team. A huge thank you for Bruno for keeping us hydrated! Also thanks to the chefs, dinner was delicious and Ea for coordinating our activities both before and during our holiday and to Dan keeping the hotel running smoothly. The hotel really did feel like home! We would love to come back!!!

Amazing holiday! The staff were fantastic – incredibly friendly and knowledgeable team who were full of amazing recommendations on things to do. The quality of the food was excellent. The activities were all great. Loved the friendly and cosy atmosphere of the chalet. I have already recommended Alpine Elements to a number of my friends!!
