Really nice staff couldn”t do enough for us

Thanks – it was an excellent holiday, the team at Hotel Philibert were brilliant.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Faye (I think she is Deputy manager)…Hotel was clean. Room was a little small for 3 people but we weren”t in there very long! The beds were comfortable. The shower was good but cubicle tiny…There is a lot of noise from children running about and doors banging so we didn”t sleep particularly well…Gave up trying to get afternoon tea as there was never any left by 5, on one afternoon we saw 4 pieces of cake cut and just left on the side so it might be better if children were unable to help themselves!..Meals were delicious and there was always a good choice…Hotel is in a good location and there was so much to do in and around Morzine…We had a fantastic week and would definitely book again for a summer activity holiday.

We had a great week in Morzine. Dan and the team were amazing and nothing was ever too much. The food was great with good choice, the staff are friendly,very hard working and always make time for a chat which was lovely. Andrew is a great person for local info if biking/walking. The Chalet is really well positioned with everything within a 10min walk. Thanks for a great holiday!

Apart from the bus being 20 mins late for white water rafting which made us late for the activity and consequently being rushed everything else was great, good value for money and we were lucky with the other people in the chalet
