We’ve just had the best week with Alpine Elements at Hotel Philibert in Morzine. It’s a great location with easy (free) bus transport to Morzine and Avoriaz, and we had some great skiing, even though there wasn’t much snow in the valley – it’s easy to get high enough to find plenty of good runs.
It’s a lovely small chalet hotel, and the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were nice and warm, with stunning views of the mountains.
We were travelling with two small children and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, which made our stay so much more enjoyable.
The food was consistently excellent – it was a real treat to be cooked for all week, to a really high standard.
Transfers all worked well and communication from head off and from the resort rep was excellent.
Definitely an experience to repeat.

We stayed in Morzine at the Hermine Blanche chalet hotel. The hotel is fantastic, a lovely clean hotel and a homely fireplace as you walk in. Relaxing seated area for evening drinks & entertainment and plenty for the children to do. The real treat was the swimming pool and jacuzzi/ sauna area, just perfect after a long tiring day! We will be rebooking with Alpine Elements in the future.

Amazing team who go above & beyond to help you especially Dan the manager who is wonderful, nothing too much trouble. The free transfer from Geneva was a bonus & the chalet hotel is delightful with a real alpine atmosphere. Loved it when Dan lit a fire in the evenings. The food was delicious & the port & chocs after dinner were a lovely touch. Morzine is a charming village & the skiing in Avoriaz was great. Will definitely be going back to the Philibert.

Just returned from a week in Tignes. Great that there are still companies offering catered chalets and the food and host were great.
The company were also very helpful shifting the booking for a reasonable admin fee owing to a passport issue.
I would only criticise the size of one of our two rooms for being a little too small to easily get in and out of the bed so check the chalet plans when requesting your rooms.

A great company to book with. Our 2nd year with them for a fully catered chalet ski holiday. Toubkal Chalet a bit too small however – the communal area was too small for 12 guests ie kitchen, seating and table all in one not very large room. One bedroom was a fixed double and too small for that. Should be a single(which would at least reduce the max number for seating area) or maybe bunks at the most.
However, everything else was superb – food, location, hot tub, sauna and working boot warmers
The staff couldn’t have been any better, very attentive, all issues immediately sorted out and a credit to the company. As was Charlie who I dealt with when booking. Rosa, our host, was fantastic, friendly, chatty, great cook and an inspiration for our children too. Big thank you to her.
