Its one of the most special holidays I ve ever had. ….Rachel and Pete were great. The food Rachel cooked was incredible. ….Pete was so attentive. ….They were both so helpful in helping us with tips and directions on where to go and what to do…..Ea was great! I loved the consistency in service. That it was her that had an initial call with me, then she was the one that met us at the airport and then the one who came to the chalet to discuss and plan activities. ….Having that consistency made it feel so personal and well organised…..The place was amazing. The booking process was flawless. ….I honestly don?t have enough good things to say about the whole thing start to finish. ….Having Pete and and Rachel there cooking and serving beautiful, refined and varied food was so so special. I absolutely loved the thought and care that had clearly gone into creating every single canape, starter, main and dessert. And of course all the cakes every day. Just honestly phenomenal. ….I will be back again without a doubt! We would 100% recommend to all! Our family (2 adults two teens) loved it! Stunning location, like minded families. Food amazing…gluten and dairy free, fussy kid and vegan options available, it was restaurant quality, so nice! Included bikes, white water rafting, high ropes and paddle boarding/kayak. Nice pool and hot tubs, few minutes walk from town. Great for hiking and mountain biking, we paid extra for paragliding and e biking which was great fun. Good advice from our rep and Rachel and Pete in our chalet. Goat village outing hilarious! Aquatic centre amazing, we went twice, it”s free. Only very slight negatives, bed was a little hard, room a bit warm, could do with a fan as a bit noisy to have windows open all time. Quiz night was funny too. Kids already asking can we go back next year. Thanks so much.

An absolutely fantastic holiday from start to finish! The hotel, staff and catering all made for a wonderful time. A special mention to Dan, Ea, Kinga and Bruno at Hotel Philibert who were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We d love to return and have already spread the word to our friends and family. Staff were all excellent, food was superb, hotel worked really well, family rooms very useful, easy to mix with other guests. ..The route itineries were useful, although occassionally hard to follow…Overall a fantastic family holiday for teenagers.

Brilliant holiday!! We were so impressed with Alpine Elements from initial enquiries to the holiday itself. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly, the activities were well organised and great fun, food was delicious and staff even adapted menu for fussy kids! They even found and posted back our list property!

Wonderful time, great hosts

Only slight dissapointment was the lack of bikes on the first day (no large or junior bikes) which meant returning the next day to collect our included hire bikes for the week…Activities and help all week were first class.

Excellent holiday! Dan and staff were great! Activities were superb! Had a throughly fantastic time!
